    How can I place an order? +

    You can order directly through our website. Choose your style, select size and color, and proceed to checkout. If you need help with a bulk/team order, contact us and we’ll assist you.

    Do you offer custom embroidery on scrubs? +

    Yes. We can embroider names, clinic logos, departments, and more. Share your requirements (placement, thread color, size), and we’ll confirm the design before production.

    What should I send for a logo embroidery request? +

    For best results, send one of the following:

    • High-resolution PNG with transparent background, or
    • Vector file (AI / EPS / SVG), or
    • Clear PDF.

    If you only have a photo, send it anyway—our team will guide you.

    How do I choose the right size? +

    Use our size chart on the product page. If you’re between sizes, choose based on your preferred fit (regular vs relaxed). For team orders, we can share sizing guidance.

    How long does delivery take? +

    Delivery times depend on your location and whether your items include embroidery. Standard orders ship faster; embroidered orders may need additional processing time.

    Can I return or exchange my order? +

    Yes, for eligible items. Products must be unused and in original condition. Note: custom embroidered items may be non-returnable unless there is a production issue.
